1. Licence to Use Site

1.1 We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable licence to use the Site in accordance with these Terms.

1.2 You may access and use the Site (including incidental copying that occurs as part of that use) in the normal manner

and may print one copy of any page for personal, non-commercial use.

1.3 You must not add any content to the Site:

(a) unless you hold all necessary rights, licences and consents;

(b) that breaches any law, regulation, rule, code or legal obligation;

(c) that is obscene, defamatory, indecent, offensive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, blasphemous, or in breach of

1.4 The Site may contain links to other websites and content added by users. We do not endorse, sponsor or approve

2.4 The licence in clause 2.3 survives termination of these Terms.

2.5 You warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the licences and consents in clauses 2.2 and 2.3.

3. Warranties

3.1 You represent and warrant that:

(a) you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and

(b) you have complied with clause 1.3.

4. Liability

4.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss of data, business interruption, or any incidental

or consequential damages.

4.2 We exclude all representations, warranties or terms (express or implied) not expressly stated in these Terms.

4.3 These Terms are subject to any legislation that prohibits exclusion or limitation of implied warranties. Where such

legislation applies, our liability is limited to:

(a) for goods:

(i) replacement or supply of equivalent goods;

(ii) repair;

(iii) payment of replacement or equivalent goods; or

(iv) payment for repair.

(b) for services:

(i) resupply of services; or

(ii) payment for resupply.

5. Termination

5.1 These Terms terminate automatically if we cease to operate the Site.

5.2 We may terminate these Terms immediately if you breach them.

6. General

6.1 You must not assign or deal with your rights under these Terms.

6.2 If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down or severed without affecting the rest of the Terms.

6.3 Each party must do all things reasonably necessary to give effect to this Agreement.

6.4 This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Each party submits to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

At CORP COMM Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This

Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

7.1 Consumer Guarantees

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product or service:

- Is faulty or defective.

- Is not as described.

- Does not do what it is supposed to do.

These rights apply regardless of any other policy we may have.

7.2 Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases unless otherwise stated. Please choose carefully before

completing your transaction.

7.3 Membership Refunds

- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@corpcomm.com.au.

- Requests must be received within 2 months of the original membership purchase date.

- A service fee applies to approved cancellations and refunds made within this period.

- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the 2-month deadline, regardless of the reason.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

7.4 Event or Service Cancellations

If CORP COMM Pty Ltd cancels an event or service you have paid for, you will be offered:

- A full refund, or

- The option to transfer your booking to a future event or service.

7.5 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@corpcomm.com.au with:

- Your full name.

- Purchase details (date, item/service, amount).

- Reason for the refund request.

We will assess your request in accordance with this policy and the ACL.

7.6 Processing Time

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to

appear in your account.
